Based in Poole, Custom Carpentry Contractors was established in 2000 but owner Mark Courtney has worked as a carpenter for more than 30 years.
The company’s continued success is attributed to the high quality of our craftsmanship and the friendly, reliable service we offer. Our clients include large construction companies and private homeowners.
We employ highly skilled tradesmen both in the workshop and on site. We use traditional and modern methods to produce a quality product, and offer free and friendly advice based on many year’s experience in the trade.
Our timber is of the highest quality, from sustainable resources that meet all current EU legislation.
We offer free estimates and advice , and we are always happy to help with any questions you might have. Our customer service and your complete satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Mark Courtney
Mark Courtney and his company, Custom Carpentry, have worked closely with Morrish Builders and the Morrish family for over 30 years, covering the whole carpentry spectrum, from small domestic to large development sites and the production of complex bespoke joinery products used widely at The Duchy of Cornwall’s “Poundbury” development.
The Custom Carpentry team provide a professional, reliable and quality service, second to none. Morrish Builders and the Morrish family are pleased to be involved with Mark and his team and look forward to the association continuing and developing over future years.
